Samuel Riddle
Samuel Riddle is the founder and owner of Semper Surface Solutions, a military-owned flooring company based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. After graduating high school, he joined the United States Marine Corps, completing recruit and artillery training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. During an overseas deployment with Battalion Landing Team 1/7, he was promoted to Corporal and selected as an Artillery Section Chief, leading Marines in demanding, high-pressure environments where precision and accountability were critical. He founded Semper Surface Solutions while continuing to serve in the Marine Corps Reserve, bringing the discipline, integrity, and attention to detail instilled in him to every flooring project.

Mileigh James
Mileigh James serves as the Production Supervisor at Semper Surface Solutions, where she keeps every project moving efficiently from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. Born and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, she is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, combining her education with real-world experience in operations and project management. She oversees scheduling, material ordering, customer communication, and day-to-day production to ensure every project is completed on time and to the highest standard. Don't let her friendly personality fool you — Mileigh holds our crews accountable, keeps projects organized, and makes sure every installation is completed the right way, reflecting the same discipline, professionalism, and attention to detail inspired by the Marine Corps.

Epoxy & Resin Division
Our epoxy crew runs every resin floor in-house — from the first diamond grind to the final polyaspartic topcoat. They work a disciplined sequence, never rushing cure times, never skipping primer, and never broadcasting flake over unprepared concrete. The result is the mirror-finish, chemically fused surface our epoxy line is known for.
Hardwood Division
Our hardwood crew handles every plank like fine furniture. They acclimate material to your home's humidity, hand-place boards to balance grain and color, and finish with dustless sanding and premium polyurethane. No shortcuts — every floor is leveled, fastened to spec, and inspected with a straightedge before they leave.
Tile & Stone Division
Our tile crew sets to architectural standards — laser-leveled substrates, fully waterproofed wet areas, and back-buttered large-format tile with zero lippage. They dry-fit every layout first, space every joint precisely, and won't grout until the whole field passes a straightedge check.
Carpet Division
Our carpet crew power-stretches every yard to manufacturer spec — never knee-kicked — for a tight, wrinkle-free surface that holds its appearance for years. They match seams for color and pattern, hide them in low-traffic areas, and install premium padding to extend the life and comfort of the system.
Seal Coat Division
Our seal coat crew knows a sealer only lasts as long as the prep beneath it. They pressure-wash, treat stains, repair cracks, and let the concrete fully dry before applying premium penetrating and film-forming sealers — protecting driveways, patios, and pool decks against Mid-Atlantic freeze-thaw and salt.
