Drive new business across our four-state service area. Run in-home consultations, build estimates on-site, and close projects. Commission + base, company vehicle provided.
Estimator / Sales Specialist
Measure, scope, and price flooring projects with precision. Combine on-site visits and satellite measurement to deliver accurate, competitive estimates fast.
Sales Development Representative
Work the inbound and outbound pipeline — qualify leads, book estimates, and keep prospects moving. Great entry point into flooring sales with clear growth path.
Installer Roles
Hands-on craftspeople for every surface we cover.
Hardwood Flooring Installer
Install solid and engineered hardwood — nail-down, glue-down, and floating systems. Sanding, staining, and finishing experience a strong plus.
Tile Installation Installer
Set ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile. Proficient in layout, mud-bed prep, grouting, and waterproofing for floors, showers, and backsplashes.
Carpet Installer
Stretch-in and glue-down carpet, plus LVP/LVT and sheet vinyl. Clean seams, tight transitions, and stair work. Tools and reliable transport required.
Seal Coating Installer
Apply sealers, densifiers, and protective coatings to driveways, patios, and commercial slabs. Surface prep and spray/roller application experience preferred.
